Cut & Paste
In this ongoing series of collages titled “Cut & Paste,” Jacqueline focuses on depth and the juxtaposition of unlike elements such as torn against clean edge and dark against light. Interwoven layers and textures give each piece a sense of space and visual interest.
Each collage combines art papers, painted papers and “found” papers either alone or in combination with traditional drawing materials such as ink, oil pastel, conte crayon and charcoal.
